Triple AAA event invitation

Dear prabhu ji, pranams.

We are please to inform you that Food for Life Vrindavan has been  
selected as the sponsored charity for this year Asian Voice / Gujarati  
Samachar  "Asian Achievers Awards Event" at The Radisson Portman Hotel  
on 3rd December 2009. This is a high profile event with around 500  
successful (mainly Asian) business people. The Awards will be held for  
the eighth year this time around. (See attached file for more details).

We would love to have your presence there in support, tickets are  
still available and we have some reserved for our supporters, please  
let us know at the earliest if you wish to come with your wife.

On the night we will be aiming at raising the funds needed to built a  
3rd Sandipani Muni School for very poor children in Sri Vrindavan, 600  
children that right now are on a waiting list for admission will then  
get free education, clothing, medical care,food and much more once we  
built the new school.

In addition, we are also creating a brochure (A5 size)which will go to  
all the guests on the night. Businesses can have an advert in here.  
The only cost to you will be £50 to help towards printing, and the  
design submitted to us asap. This could benefit you re. getting new  
contacts or clients for your business. We only ask that for a limited  
period (i.e.3rd Dec 08-15th Jan 09) that you contribute 50% or so of  
sales generated from the event towards the charity. As such, you need  
to cleverly design your advert to entice customers. If you would like  
to take part with this, I need to know immediately please.
