Help needed

hope this find you well,
Please forgive my intrusion, we have an emergency case that we have  
posted on our blog: http://fflv.blogspot.com/
It is one lady mother of two, she is 45 years old, and she desperately  
need a heart surgery, total cost of the surgery is 1.5 lacs or 2,500  
US Dollars, we have raised $1,805 and we need another 695
dollars. As not too many people knows or visit our blog, we are stuck,  
and this lady's health is worsening by the day.

I think we have about 500 member subscribing to our FFLV e-news, if  
just 150 of our subscribers give a donation of $5 each we can get the  
fund needed to save Kamlesh's life.

Pictured above is Kamlesh. This is how she spends her days because two  
of the valves in her heart are not functioning.
She can hardly breathe and cannot walk at all.
Doctors say that he valves have become thickened due to an infection.
She has been bedridden for the last 7 months. She is taking medicine  
from a reputed hospital,
but it is not enough. Her doctors say she needs 'valvuloplastey'  
surgery to fix the valves in her heart.
