Neem Bhawan

Neem Bhavan dormitory:

Neem Bhavan is a relatively new building, named so because there is a big neem desire tree shading the courtyard.

It is a two-story building with 10 rooms in total.

 

The room itself is small but new with a single bed, a table and a chair.

The single bed has a built in storage space, both a drawer and a hidden compartment in which to put one’s suitcase.

The room is attached to a bathroom with western toilet, sink, a mirror, a shower head OR a detachable shower hose for showering.

Each floor has a shared kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator provided at no extra cost. Each volunteer will have some space in the kitchen to store his or her groceries.

One can keep company with other volunteers if one stays at neem bhavan.

We have a generator and an inverter as well, so one can expect electricity 90% of the time. The suggested donation for Neem Bhavan is 300 rupees per night, however, volunteers may be eligible to stay for free, provided they agree to volunteer full time (at least 6 hours) for more than two months.
